Why is my hair not getting as straight as I want it to? For best results, ensure that you have selected the appropriate temperature for your hair type. When using the brush, move it at a slow and steady pace from the roots to the ends. Repeat the brushing until you are satisfied.

Why does my hair get dry and frizzy after using the straightening brush? / It burns my hair. This may be because you set the temperature too high or had too much repetition on the same strand of hair.
